Fee Structure 1 - Fees for conventional architectural work are as per the latest recommended minimum scale of fees as published from time to time by SACAP 

Fee Structure  2 - Fees based on an agreed hourly rate. Time will be charged per 

15 minute unit or part thereof. 

Disbursement - For travel, printing etc - will be disbursed as 

charged as per the latest recommendation by SACAP. 

Costs incurred on instruction - any purchases instructed by client 

will be subject to a 10% handling fee to be disbursed
