1 - PRINCIPAL AGENT in terms of JBCC BUILDING CONTRACTS

In South Africa the JBCC 2000 is the most commonly used building contract. The Principal Agent (usually an architect) takes the role of overseeing the building process from the time the contractor takes possession of the site to the final completion of the building and the settlement of the final account.
